Facilitator: Dr. Susan Joudrey

dal logoConversations between Educational Developers frequently turn to discussions about how to motivate more faculty to engage deeply in the development of their teaching. We often reflect that “It is always the same people attending our programming,” or “How do we reach the faculty who really need teaching support?” In an attempt to address these concerns, this workshop will explore what motivates people and how Educational Developers can help encourage faculty to sustain engagement in practices that enhance student learning.
